The City of Maricopa is excited for the 6th Annual City of Maricopa, 2020 Copa Color Fun Run (5k) & Walk (1 Mile), which will take place on Saturday, March 28th, 2020, at Copper Sky Regional Park, soccer fields 5-8 near the dog park.
This vibrant, memorable, and fun family event promotes exercise, activity, and fun through completing a 5k run or a 1 mile walk while getting doused with cool various vibrant fun colors!
Registration will be open at 9:00am
1980s costume contest starts at 9:30am
Event starts at 10:00am.
Three different age categories (prices vary):
Child:7-11
Youth:12-17
Adult: 18+
*Ages 6 years and below are FREE and no registration necessary (Parents & Guardians must sign a waiver onsite day of event).

***Best 80s Workout Costume Contest and Theme!
That's Right! We feel the best era that represents an event this vibrant and memorable is the 80s, so to really honor this cool era we are having a Best 80's Workout Costume Contest! The prizes will be awarded for the top costumes. Even if you don't want to compete in the contest we encourage you to wear some radical 80's clothing and have some fun!
Totally awesome new swag included with PAID registrations:

· 1 75 gram (approx. 2.5 ounces) individual packet of color powder (colors are assorted)
· 1 pair of sunglasses

*Professional pictures will be taken and posted on the Copper Sky Facebook, 2020 Copa Color Fun Run & Walk Facebook Event Page, and can be downloaded for free, but we encourage you to bring a friend or family member to take pictures and help us throw color!
Parking is included!
There will be free parking at Copper Sky Park. The event is located on Soccer Fields 5-8 near the Dog Park, so we recommend parking by the lots closest to there.
