Interested in being a vendor at one (or all!) of our signature events and large tournaments? Click on the links below for detailed information regarding each of our upcoming events.

Registration typically opens two months prior to the event.  No late registrations will be accepted two weeks prior to the event. 

Food vendors require a certificate of liability insurance and a Pinal County Mobile Food Unit Permit or a Temporary Food Establishment  Permit. The Temporary Food Establishment  Permit can be downloaded here.

Food Vendor Insurance Requirement

Commercial general liability insurance should name “The City of Maricopa, its officers, employees, and agents” as additional insured. Insurance coverage must be maintained for the duration of the event including set up and dismantle dates.

FOOD VENDORS!! Please note food vendors are not automatically confirmed and will be selected by the Special Events department two to three weeks prior to registration deadline to avoid duplicate vendors. All registrations fees will be refunded if not selected.
