The City of Maricopa Development Services, offers a one-stop shop for information and services related to the construction and development process. Permit Center staff reviews all applications to ensure consistency with construction standards and protection of public health and safety, assisting the applicant throughout the entire process from application to close out.
While we are open for in-person services, the City has moved to an all-digital application and plan review platform. This means that we no longer accept paper plan submittals. All submittals must be done in digital format via the VIP Portal.
Alarm Permits:
Maricopa City Code requires that all business and residential alarm users obtain an Alarm Permit, and register that permit with the Alarm Administrator. Click here for more information.
