Rules
Swimmers who cannot easily stand in the water are required to pass a Swim Test.
Participants must be at least 48” tall in order to use the slide.
Glass, alcoholic beverages, gum, smoking, e-cigarettes, vaping, and recreational drugs are prohibited.
Family appropriate and clean swimwear is required.
Please shower before entering the water.
Swim diapers and covers are required for children who are not potty-trained.
Guests with open wounds, cuts, sores, inflamed eyes, communicable disease(s), and/or diarrhea in the past two weeks shall be excluded from entering the Facility.
Coast Guard approved personal flotation devices are allowed; however, personal toys, and inflatables are prohibited.
Competitive or repetitive breath-holding is prohibited.
Behavior deemed unsafe by lifeguard is not allowed.
Do not run, push, wrestle, dunk, or ride on shoulders.
Guests must follow the directions of City of Maricopa staff.
The City of Maricopa and Copper Sky are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. It is your responsibility to protect your belongings.
Age Policy
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied, and actively supervised, by someone 16 years of age or older.
Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied, and directly supervised in the water by someone 16 years of age or older at all times, regardless of swimming ability.
